Banned from the Eastman Listserv I

Using typical autocratic powers, the Eastman State-run Listserv banned long-term Listserv moderator Phil Schaefer. Eliminating any pretense of openness, neutrality or transparency from the Eastman governance-run Listserv, Mr. Carr and his self-appointed listserv co-moderator partner Mr. Karash have removed any illusions of acceptance for those who do not yield to the Eastman governance dictates.

As Mr. Carr put it on the Listserv:

I think the only reason we were so patient was that Phil Schaefer is also a moderator, and a supporter of anything anti-Eastman.
That is why I unilaterally appointed Rick Karash as a moderator: so that there were 3 of us, and he is a very level-headed guy.
Phil still does not accept Rick!

Mr. Karash, the ECA Governance Enforcer, promulgated the Eastman “State” Board's improper ESC sale relentlessly in his cover up activities for Governance Leader Goldman and others whose collaborative efforts dictated who would take ownership of the formerly ECA-owned Eastman Sewer Company.

Again, I ask Phil, Bob, and Gerri to state your intentions.  The community deserves the transparency that you have so often demanded. Please, tell us what you are doing and the logic you see behind it. (For Transparency, See http://eastmanblog.blogspot.com/2014/06/did-you-know-about-eca-boards.html)  I am dismayed that this is continuing.

Fellow citizens, the Schaefers and Logans claim to be acting in our interest. Perhaps it's time for us to tell them again, as we have in three town meeting votes, that we want them to stand down and let the sewer company finally become free of the PUC.

Mr. Karash's stand down command is typical of a military officer in a combat situation which clearly is the role that he and Mr. Carr have designated for themselves. If anyone should be removed from the listserv, it is Mr. Carr, Mr. Karash and their fellow bullies whose harassing activities ought to stop.
It is time that All governance members are required to abide by The PLEDGE (http://eastmanblog.blogspot.com/2014/08/take-pledge.html) and remove the draconian shackles of Eastman’s oppressive governance.
