Mr. Ryder's Failure to Perform--Part V

In Mr. Ryder's response to my request for explicit financial details of PUC intervenor costs, he states "... My intent was to provide a summary of information that was requested by a member of the community during a Council Meeting........"

In his January 2014 Council slide Mr. Ryder is selectively providing financial information when it serves his purpose and in doing so, fails to substantiate a "claimed 332 hours” of staff time...to which he arbitrarily assigned a cost of $12,928. Mr. Ryder has a responsibility to substantiate that amount of money with explicit answers to the questions: WHO, WHAT, WHY, WHEN?

On the other hand when Geraldine Logan, as an owner of the community, requested financial details on what community monies were spent on the Center for FY 11, FY 12, and FY 13, Mr. Ryder categorically refused to provide the information and that refusal was supported by the Board.

Tell me Mr. Ryder, how is providing financial information to an owner of the community in your January 2014 Council presentation and on the other hand refusing to provide Center financial spending information to my wife, not discriminatory when you select for whom you will provide financial information? And when you select what financial information you choose to provide and at what level of detail?

Furthermore, Mr. Ryder you have provided absolutely no substantiation for your claims, which obviously are arbitrary.
