When
you vote for your Council Reps at your next Special Place Meeting, do you want
to re-elect those who voted for a Clubhouse that has not been
shown to require $5.7 million? The proposed Clubhouse Boondoggle cost is $300
per square foot which is 3 times the value you can get for your house, if you
are lucky. Then as soon as the expansion is built, it will lose its
value as well.
Here
are the reps that voted to spend $5.7 million. You can count on them to vote to
spend $3.5 million or more of your money. Why? Because they
can and did vote for more. They are not accountable to you and they believe
everything they are told. They will think they are saving you money. How they
could really save you money is to vote NO on any funding greater than $1 million
UNTIL full and complete disclosure occurs as to what is being
done and why.
